Please fill out the application as well as the parental consent form and mail it to 5273 Tall Oak Drive, Marietta, GA 30068 or fill out the online application below. You will still need to mail or fax in the parental consent form when filling out the online application and submit your $100 deposit to reserve your spot. NPSE provides a $50 sibling discount for each additional family member that registers for camp. In order to receive the discount, please register one child first. Then you will be contacted with a confirmation code and discount for each additional child.
